If you meet the CDC criteria for the COVID-19 testing (coronavirus testing), it will be covered under the insurance plans we accept. You will just need to pay your copay or your deductible. No Referral or Authorization Necessary!
You do not need a referral from your primary care physician to be seen at Statcare. You do not need prior authorization from your insurance company either. They have certified us.
