New York City’s health commissioner, Dr. Oxiris Barot recently stated, “There’s a pretty good chance we will have a second wave. I think what’s incumbent on all New Yorkers is that until the time we have a vaccination and a definitive treatment, our way of living is going to include the use of face coverings everywhere.”

As part of an effort to curb the coming tide of new COVID-19 cases, Statcare Urgent & Walk-In Medical Care is setting up pop-up COVID-19 Testing sites near you. Statcare is helping create safer communities by making COVID testing of symptomatic individuals more accessible to all New Yorkers.

How Does Pop-Up Testing work?

Similar to our Urgent Care locations, no appointment is necessary to visit one of our Pop-Up sites.

However, the on-site mobile testing will be on a first come first served basis for those 18 years and older.  If you don’t want to wait, you have the option of scheduling an appointment through our website.

Each appointment requires a valid photo ID and contact information to receive test results.  One of the main purposes of Pop-Up sites is to provide a fast and safe testing environment.

We achieve this through Statcare’s mobile van which will be traveling throughout New York providing outdoor testing. Please visit the CDC website for screening for signs and symptoms of coronavirus infection.

The exact times and locations are mentioned below.
